SMELink.app, a networking App to connect 50 million small businesses
SMELink International has created a business networking platform with the goal of connecting Africa’s 50 million SMEs with local and international trade prospects.
The software is intended to assist SMEs in making worldwide commercial contacts, sharing expertise, and expanding collaborations.
“It’s a network for SMEs to build trust and trade with each other. We are linking SMEs with opportunities worldwide, get access to money, and give access to mentors.” SMELink International founder, Harun.
Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) account for over 80% of jobs in Africa, making them an essential driver of economic growth.
“We believe the platform will be a game changer in how SMEs do business in the African continent,”
The platform allows SMEs to acquire exposure on a worldwide scale and gain access to cross-border commercial opportunities.
It also gives them access to a database of resources like as technical expertise, financiers, online training, market surveys, information exchange, and collaborations.
The platform includes features such as a list of all registered firms in all sectors, the ability to follow different groups based on interests, the ability to expand one’s network by interacting with likeminded people, and the ability to engage and share knowledge.
Rhino’s Den, a platform where SMEs can pitch for seed/growth investment, training, and mentorship, is another opportunity on the platform.
