Microsoft’s new app to help small businesses in Africa and the Middle East
Microsoft has launched Dynamics 365 Business Central, a new cloud-based business management system designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) in Africa and the Middle East streamline their operations.
SMBs will be able to integrate Dynamics 365 Business Central with their financials, sales, services, and operations to streamline business processes and improve customer interactions.
“With digital transformation now a necessity, small and medium-sized businesses are seeking cost-effective, streamlined systems that will make their transition seamless.” Regional Business Applications Director for Microsoft MEA Emerging Markets, Maher Al-Khaiyat.
Several systems can now be readily merged into a single, secure application. Efficiency is increased by using Dynamics 365 Business Central, which automates processes and workflows from within familiar Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
What Businesses get

This month, the new solution will be launched in Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, and Lebanon.
The program is simple to customize and extend to fit specific corporate or industry requirements.
