I&M’s Omnichannel Digital Banking Platform to benefit Personal & MSMEs Clients
I&M Bank Kenya has teamed with Backbase, a worldwide digital banking software vendor, to become the region’s first bank to use an award-winning omnichannel digital banking platform to improve the bank’s digital banking experience and offers.
I&M On The Go
The technology, known as I&M On The Go (OTG), will allow consumers to access all of the bank’s products and services in real-time via mobile banking and internet banking.
They will also be able to conduct business using the bank’s website, mobile app, phone center, and branch locations.
