I&M’s Omnichannel Digital Banking Platform to benefit Personal & MSMEs Clients

I&M Bank Kenya has teamed with Backbase, a worldwide digital banking software vendor, to become the region’s first bank to use an award-winning omnichannel digital banking platform to improve the bank’s digital banking experience and offers.

I&M On The Go 

The technology, known as I&M On The Go (OTG), will allow consumers to access all of the bank’s products and services in real-time via mobile banking and internet banking.

They will also be able to conduct business using the bank’s website, mobile app, phone center, and branch locations.

COVID-19 has hastened the transition to digital banking to unprecedented levels. With the advent of the On The Go (OTG) platform, we’ve focused our efforts on meeting the demands of our customers.

Customers of I&M Bank will benefit from the platform’s improved banking experience and ease. It will also provide them with information and insights that will enable them to make better financial decisions.

Clients of the bank will be able to access information about their accounts and transactional activity on the site, as well as make payments and money transfers with ease.
